Access to health care is a fundamental human right—not a privilege reserved for those who can afford it. In Washington, some legislators are actively trying to undo popular provisions granted in the Affordable Care Act. Should these changes come to pass, they will have an impact on citizens here in the commonwealth.   No one should be denied needed care because of a pre-existing condition.  Allowing young adults to remain on their parents’ health plans until the age of 26 has helped to provide coverage for many young Pennsylvanians.  


Many Pennsylvanians have benefited from the Medicaid expansion.  As your state representative, I will fight any attempt to eliminate these important benefits, and I’ll be sure that we are working to deliver health care in the most affordable and effective way possible for the citizens of Pennsylvania.
